Delivery is only within Germany.

Shipping Costs

For orders placed via the platform https://www.kippfix.de with an order value of more than €5,000, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

For orders under €500, KippFIX will charge a flat rate of €14.90 for postage and shipping within Germany.

For international shipping, KippFIX will charge the actual postage and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders abroad are currently not possible via our online shop. Instead, please order by email to: info@kippfix.de or by fax to: (+49) 421 / 89 90 22 0.

We calculate shipping costs including the statutory VAT of 19%.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment via PayPal is secure, easy, and fast and is made via your PayPal account. Like every PayPal customer, you benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection. PayPal offers you the option of paying by credit card, direct debit, or credit card. To pay for your order via PayPal, you need a PayPal account. You can find further information here.
