Grease filter sheets for filtering boiling fat. For insertion into the filter system of KIPPFIX deep fryers. The special cellulose filter removes cloudy and suspended particles from the frying oil and extends the quality of the fat. The filter bags are simply inserted into the funnel, and the warm fat to be filtered is allowed to flow through. Pay attention to the filling speed so the filter does not overflow. (Use the drain tap carefully.) After use, all baking residues are collected in the filter and can be disposed of with general waste.
