Attractive baking and sales station for baking steamed pastries in checkout areas, supermarkets, and at events.Equipped with a fume and smoke extraction system, grease odors are extracted directly at the smoke point on the deep fryer, enabling baking in enclosed spaces. Pre-filters, fleece filters, and activated carbon filters underneath the deep fryer eliminate the fumes.A three-sided sneeze guard made of laminated safety glass and a holder are installed, for example, for a doughnut filling device.The stand is mobile and therefore easy to transport. The roof with its 8 LED spotlights is height-adjustable, facilitating mobility.The double stainless steel protective railing gives the slightly rounded stand a contemporary appearance and protects it from accidental damage. Optional side and front tables can be attached to the upper protective railing to create more work space.There are two lockable drawers, one for the sugar tub and the other for a cash drawer or storage area. The fuse box with the electronics and additional connection options for connecting additional devices are located in the fuse compartment below the two drawers. Back- und Verkaufsstation „Euro-Stand“ Gelb mit heizschlangenlosen Fettbackgerät
Attraktive, Gelbe Back- und Verkaufsstation zum Backen von Siedegebäcken in Vorkassenzonen, Supermärkten und auf Veranstaltungen. Ausgestattet mit einer Dunst- und Qualmabsaugung werden Fettgerüche direkt am Qualm-punkt um das Fettbackgerät herum abgezogen und ermöglicht das backen in geschlossenen Räumen. Mit Vor-, Vlies- und Kohleaktivfiltern unter dem Fettbackgerät wird der Dunst beseitig. Es ist ein 3-Seitiger Spuckschutz aus VSG-Glas sowie eine Halterung Montiert, zum Beispiel für ein Berliner-Füllgerät. Der Stand ist fahrbar und dadurch leicht zu transportieren. Das Dach mit den 8 LED Strahlern ist höhenverstellbar was die Mobilität erleichtert. Die Doppelte Schutz-Reling aus Edelstahl verleiht dem leicht rundlichen gestalteten Stand sein Zeitgemäßes Aussehen und schützt vor ungewollten Beschädigung. Optional können die Seitentische an die Obere Schutz-Reling ein gehangen werden um mehr Arbeitsfläche zu schaffen. Es sind zwei abschließbare Schubladen vorhanden, eine für die Zuckerwanne und die andere evtl. Kassenschublade oder Ablagefläche. Im Sicherungsfach unter den beiden Schubladen befindet sich der Sicherungskasten mit der Elektronik und zusätzliche Anschlussmöglichkeiten (230V) um weitere Geräte anzuschließen. Zudem gibt es ein Stauraum, um evtl. ein Hygienewaschbecken mit Warmwasser einzusetzen wodurch auch HACCP-Ansprüche mit erfüllt werden können. In der Einschubnische befindet sich ein TW20-ED heizschlangenloses Fettbackgerät. Die Bedienung erfolgt über eine digitale Steuerung mit exakter Temperatur- und Backzeitenanzeigen mit der Eingabemöglichkeit von 5x ablaufenden Backzeiten mit Signalton. Das Aufheizen erfolgt im schonenden gleichmäßigen und flächendeckenden Taktsystem wodurch das Fett schonend aufgeheizt wird. Durch die Heizschlangenlose Backtechnik sparen Sie bis zu 50% Fett bei vergleichsgroßen Geräten mit Heizschlangen im Fett. Ein patentierter Kaltzonenkanal dient zur Zwischenlagerung von Sink- und Backrückständen, was zur Qualitätserhaltung des Siedefett beiträgt zudem haben die Kunden eine immer saubere Fettpfanne im Blick.
