The KippFix deep fryers are characterized by their durability and ease of use, even with regard to cleaning. They are all extremely energy-efficient and use significantly less fat than conventional deep fryers with heating coils. For example: A deep fryer for 20 doughnuts requires only 7.5 kg of fat. The pans are equipped with a timer for the cooking time and an LCD display for the temperature setting. The standby function ensures that the boiling fat is kept at a gentle temperature of 140 degrees Celsius if the baking process is not yet ready to begin.

All deep fryers are equipped with a flat heating system, which is installed outside the pan and thus has no contact with the liquids. This extends the life of the heater and reduces the amount of fat required. The patented cold zone channel prevents baked goods from burning on the floor.

The deep fryers are available in different versions and sizes. The small T15 MiniMax is suitable for 15 doughnuts. The TW20-ED is designed for 20 doughnuts. The W36-ED, which can hold 36 doughnuts, has established itself as the most popular deep fryer and is therefore an all-rounder. The W54-ED, which can hold 54 doughnuts, is equipped with a built-in grease filter system. The smaller deep fryers have manual solutions for filtering boiling fat. These include grease buckets, stainless steel grease funnels, and special grease filter bags for filtering out sagging and cooking residue.
